This role will require strong project management and data analysis skills. Primary Duties + Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve Safety, Quality, and Cost of Inbound Processes. + Lead the implementation of automation, including software and robotics, to streamline Inbound Processes. + Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals. + Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and meeting expectations for quality, budget, and schedule. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions to improve Inbound Processes. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers. Qualifications + Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams. + Excellent data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel. + Ability to think critically and creatively to find innovative solutions to complex problems. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
