Program Manager
Program Manager   Job Description Summary:  D&G is seeking a Program Manager to support the CISA Infrastructure Security Division (ISD). ISD conducts and facilitates assessments to help critical infrastructure owners and operators and State, local, tribal, and territorial partners understand and address risks to critical infrastructure. The Program Manager will provide support to assist in activities related to program development, operational support, and other administrative and analysis functions. The selected candidate will lead a cross functional team of management and ExecSec analysts. Roles & Responsibilities:   + The Program Manager shall be the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.   + Provide quality assurance for all products, services and deliverable + Provide operational support to senior executive level management, including preparation and review materials submitted for approval to divisions, DHS Offices, DHS Component leadership and external recipients. + Conduct prep sessions for ISD Leadership prior to engagements and facilitate collaboration across the organization, partners, and other stakeholders related to engagements. + Oversee daily operations services that ensure that: ISD employees have access to centralized customer services, resources and advocates for many day-to-day workforce needs. + Acts as a critical liaison and support between the CISA Human Capital Service Team and ISD sub- divisions to ensure employment- and benefits-related actions or processes are coordinated, tracked, and fulfilled. Qualifications/Requirements:   + Must have at least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience managing projects, on a full-time basis, for similar projects of size and scope. + Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Eligibility Requirements:   + DHS Suitability Desired Skills:   + Previous experience within DHS or CISA preferred. Location: Onsite: Full-time onsite at client location in Arlington, VA with some hybrid flexibility.
