Position Overview

QinetiQ is looking for a Program Manager As an FRLE Program Manager, you will be assigned responsibilities by the Division Vice President and Portfolio Manager. Those duties will include the following responsibilities based on existing and emerging company interests and requirements.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of a program manager (PM) is the development, management and integration of various Contracts, either project or programs, to meet the strategic goals and objectives of FRLE.

Required Qualifications Current TS/SCI Clearance #qinetiqclearedjobPMs coordinate and collaborate with their peers across programs looking for opportunities to bring synergy, efficiency, and capability across the company. PMs build and manage "one team" across multiple projects, promoting innovation, collaboration, initiative and loyalty. PMs are responsible for the overall health and success of their program, from its team members, budget, and resources to its successful execution and satisfaction of stakeholders in the program.Project Management. Project Management consists of the planning, execution, monitoring and closeout of projects while fulfilling goals and criteria.Project initiation is covered under Business Development. Project managers are responsible for establishing the goals and identifying the resources necessary to successfully manage and complete a project. Project managers develop a team, assign resources, and facilitate any necessary procurement for the execution of the project within the budgeted resources. Project managers direct and manage project execution while maintaining the schedule and tracking systems necessary for monitoring. Project managers are responsible for measuring project schedules, budgets, quality of deliverables, effort, cost of resources, risk, and overall project performance for both FRLE and FRLE's client, if any. Projects managers are responsible for stakeholder communication, internal and external.Business Development. Responsible for research, development and engagement with prospective clients, teammates, and partners to pursue potential projects for FRLE in line with our strategic goals. This includes opportunity identification, opportunity qualification, capture management, proposal management, coordination of technical leadership, and supervision of project and program management standup.Employee Leadership. Responsible for the overall selection, supervision and management of assigned personnel. This includes recruitment, interviews, hiring recommendations, professional counseling, performance evaluations, navigation of FRLE resources, and assisting personnel in meeting their personal and professional career goals.Client Development. Identifying, developing, and maturing relationships with existing clients which are in the best interest of FRLE in the development of mutual goals, objectives and pursuits to build and secure future capabilities and opportunities.Relationship Management - identifying, developing and maturing relationships with other corporate entities which are in the best interest of FRLE in the development of mutual goals, objectives and pursuits to build and secure future capabilities and opportunities.
