Job Summary The Program Manager (PM) maintains and develops relationships with current customers and new prospects to increase sales within your book of business. This individual’s goals are to meet group revenue goals, develop and execute business plans with existing and new programs of pursuit, manage the program execution for development and non-development programs, lead multiple departments within this pursuit, and be a resource to your customer base. Essential Functions + Serves as a main point of contact with the existing customer base to ensure a successful experience throughout the entire sales process. Aids in capturing customer’s technical requirements to assist in optimizing the customer’s solution as well as Crystal Groups financial performance (EBITDAE). + Follows-up with customers after delivery of product to ensure satisfaction. + Works closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales and their team members internally to accurately communicate the schedule along with environmental and technical requirements. + Promptly responds to request for quotations, orders, and lead times from customers. + Seeks new business opportunities, build relationships, and communicates with potential and current customers virtually, face-to-face and at trade shows. This may include the military or industrial customers if applicable. + Responsible for post-delivery support to ensure customer satisfaction after receipts of products. + Responsible for maintaining accurate Configuration Management records and sharing any obsolescence information on the applicable configurations to the customer base. + The PM is held accountable for resources utilized in the pursuit of business which should include demo unit costs, travel expenses, and estimated engineering time. + The goal for this individual is to have zero OBF's to the performance of their job function. Basic Qualification + Must be a US Person (US Citizen, person granted US Permanent Resident Card or any individual who is granted status as a "protected person”) + Bachelor’s degree in business, computer engineering, or related field, MBA preferred + Five to Ten years of demonstrates sales or sales support within the aerospace or related industry Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- includes physical requirements + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet is a must + Knowledge of expandable software preferred + May be requested to stand for extended periods of time at trade shows + May be required to lift and transport products during trade shows or customer visits + Some overnight travel required + Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with potential and existing customers Offer Contingency All job offers are contingent on the applicant successfully completing the background check, physical assessment, and drug screen.
