Summary
At Precision Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. This position requires an active Top-Secret Clearance and involves managing the liaison between the government project manager and our personnel. The Program Manager will organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between the government project manager and contractor personnel, ensuring seamless communication and coordinationOrganize, direct, and manage contract operations support functionsDefine project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the government leadSubmit all deliverables directly to the government lead and CORMonitor the development, implementation, and operations and maintenance requirements of the projectManage changes in project scope, resolve issues, and devise contingency plansManage and organize all customer drawings, documents, and files for easy accessAssign projects to Design Specialists based on workload and availability, coordinating with the SME and COREnsure all project team members are aware of critical dates and milestonesCollect and compile policy and strategic guidance for the COR and Government designated representativeEstimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, in collaboration with the government lead and CORDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate contractor personnelPlan and schedule project timelines and milestonesCoach, mentor, motivate, and supervise contractor personnel, ensuring accountability and positive action towards their assigned workRequirements
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing personnel and projects with an annual budget in excess of $1,000,000Proficiency in Microsoft Office productsDemonstrated experience in tracking and reporting project costs and schedulesExperience using CAD softwarePreferred Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in business management, Information Systems Management, or a related fieldA Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationEducation/Certification Requirements
