Amyx is seeking to hire a Program Manager to support the Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA). The Program Manager will be the single point of contact for the GTL and COR. The Program Manger will support the creation, execution, and improvement of standard business processes for ECMA. This positions will support the development of the ECMA Roadmap, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), process mapping, policies, memorandums, and administration as necessary and appropriate for operation of the ECMA. They will also support the Government Functionals by performing functional and technical cloud requirements analysis, decomposition and development and Perform technical and non-technical feasibility estimates and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) for cloud requirements. The PM shall be able to analyze and evaluate business operations, processes, and systems and identify areas for improvement using data analysis techniques to provide recommendations for efficiencies and cost savings/avoidance and Identify issues, gather information, and provide recommendations and draft documentation to achieve overall goals for organizational strategic planning. They shall provide program support for reviews, conferences, briefings and other meetings, identify and analyze metrics in order to track performance of programs, projects, and products.
ResponsibilitiesThe Daily responsibilities of the Program Manager will include:
Expert-level knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects/operations in an organization similar in size to this acquisition (Headquarters Department of the Army, Flag Officer, Senior Executive Service staff level)Expert-level knowledge and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as this acquisitionA successful track record on delivering on time and within budget for with large/complex projects
Experience with researching and fielding new and innovative technologyExperience in procurement of hardware and softwareExpert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Project Management (PMP, DAWIA, Agile)Must have the ability to communicate accurate information Qualifications
The program Manager will be required to have the following Skills and Qualifications:
Fifteen or more years program management experienceTen or more years program management experience in Army, DoD, or ICTen or more years IT experience in the DoD or ICProject Management Professional Certification Active DoD SECRET security clearanceMaster's degree in an Information Technology or Management related field, or equivalent experience
