Program Manager

In support of a DISA prototyping effort, the Intel and Cyber Division is assembling a team of network engineers, systems engineers, Unified Communications Engineers, and Integration Engineers, change management specialists, information assurance professionals, and procurement personnel knowledgeable in SCRM processes to support a program that provides critical network capabilities to the Department of Defense. We are committed to recruiting and retaining this team for prototype development, test, and demonstration, as well as making this team available longer term for integration, deployment and sustainment as needed.

Responsibilities\: 
The duties and responsibilities of the Program Manager include, but are not limited to, the following\: 

Serve as primary POC to the Government for all contract issues.  Manage execution of the contract including the specific task order, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards of all activities are achieved.  Oversee the execution of all contractual and technical aspects of the program.  Ensure that the technical solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented according to program schedules.  Serve as liaison between the contract team, Government customers, and leadership.  Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and execution of all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects.  Provide technical and administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the task order.  Provide quality assurance and implement quality controls to minimize or eliminate defects.  Ensure program milestones and goals are met and adhere to specific policies and procedures.  Manage, develop, and provide feedback to subordinates per corporate directed timelines, focusing on performance and long-term career goals.  Provide support to a wide array of customers as part of a complex team of multiple contractors and government personnel.  Participate in and manage the preparation of proposals in response to RFPs from potential customers.

* Broad knowledge of IT acquisitions and product lifecycle management to include managing logistic, operational, and functional support requirements.  Must be a team player and able to work in a fast paced rapidly changing environment.  Proven experience in recommending solutions that improve customer satisfaction and/or the mission of the customer.  Demonstrated experience in security requirements associated with DoD enterprise systems. Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint. Exceptional attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills; critical thinking and problem-solving skills.  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.  Ability to travel up to 25%.

Clearance Required\:  

Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI or TS with the ability to acquire SCI 

Minimum Education\: 

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, IT, business, or a related field 

Minimum Years of Experience\: 

10 years of related experience 

Certifications Required\:
