Program Manager
Job Description A team in Boulder, Colorado is looking to add a Program Manager to their team! This person should have experience managing and coordinating multiple projects to meet overall goals. The Program Manager should be skilled in creating systems that help teams work together and effectively prioritize tasks. We are looking for someone with good communication skills and experience supporting both internal teams, partners and board members. The Program Manager should be comfortable leading meetings and ensuring clear responsibilities across teams in different time zones. They should be proactive in solving problems to keep projects on track. Initially, the role will focus on planning and launching a year-long project aimed at helping their clients with research and tools to measure the health and engagement of their community. To be successful in this role, this person must be a self-starter, be able to work independently as well as on a team, is comfortable in an environment that choses to learn and grow as new challenges come their way and be comfortable supporting this company and their faith-based mission. Skills and Requirements 3-5+ years of experience working in product or program management Experience utilizing ClickUp or Asana Experience facilitating meetings and keeping to the agenda Proven track record of taking technical projects from start to finish. Understanding of business and user requirements and defining project scope.
