Job Summary: The Program Manager oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet customer requirements. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, and team coordination, while delivering R&D and New Product Development (NPD) projects. The role involves setting priorities, developing schedules, and leading personnel to achieve deadlines, milestones, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer contracts, including complex systems and government projects. Coordinate financial and engineering activities to meet financial and technical goals. Ensure programs are completed on schedule and within budget in a matrix organization. Address customer needs while achieving sales, gross margin, on-time delivery, and satisfaction targets. Monitor project status, assess risks, and develop recovery plans. Interact with customers and internal teams at various management levels, presenting technical information and gaining cooperation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (BS) required; Master's degree (MS/MBA) preferred in engineering or related technical field. 6-10 years of Program Management experience. PMI certification or equivalent preferred.

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per hour
