Program Manager
Job Description As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead enterprise healthcare and life sciences customers through successfully implementing and adopting client's Health Data Management Platform. A Technical Program Manager may engage customers during the initial onboarding or assist with advanced post-implementation business objectives. You focus on exploring and understanding customer needs to help them use Coperor optimally to enable their enterprise data strategy. Project and Program Management Manage multiple highly visible initiatives with minimal oversight. Ability to adapt communication styles and presentations to fit audiences with varying seniority and technical understanding. Define and implement structured project management processes (planning, dependencies, RAID log, change control, project and program status, and project retrospectives.) Work cross-functionally to diagnose and resolve issues impacting successful project delivery. Lead lessons learned sessions with stakeholders to ensure processes are adjusted when necessary. Practical knowledge and experience managing waterfall and scrum-based delivery methodologies. Skills and Requirements Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, related degree, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of demonstrated successful management of technical initiatives. 5+ years working in the healthcare and/or life sciences industry and possessing knowledge of key healthcare business processes, data domains, and business challenges. 5+ years working with enterprise data projects (i.e., data migrations, master data management, or data warehouses.)
