Program Manager
Essential Functions of the position are detailed below, and include any physical requirements below that. 1.Leads and manages the implementation and continuous improvement of a critical program serving single parents in Lake County, with possible expansion across CCAC's region which includes Chicago and Suburban Cook County. 2.Responsible for hiring, coaching, supervising, training, developing, and evaluating staff. Align team's program retention, recruitment outcomes, and deliverables with funder and Agency requirements. 3.Ensures up-to-date and accurate client files and databases, as required by CCAC and external entities. Responsible for coordinating team projects, facilitating and fostering positive team development. 4.Coordinates quality improvement activities, including analyzing and sharing data and outcomes to enhance service quality and ensure compliance. 5. Attends all required meetings and delivers services in accordance with funding contracts. 6. Ensures all programmatic reports are on time and accurate. 7. Communicates regularly with supervisor regarding program status and significant issues, particularly those related to safety, risk management, and compliance. 8. Exercises sound judgment in situations that may pose risks to the agency. 9. Proactively addresses conflicts with clients and staff to uphold organizational integrity. 10.Ensures program capacity is maintained, and program outcomes/goals are achieved. 11. Fosters meaningful outreach with internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness of program and optimize service delivery. 12. Partners with program leadership and the Finance team to ensure fiscal integrity and oversee program budget planning, monitoring, and expense management. 13. Maintains a flexible schedule to adapt to programmatic needs and ensure operational efficiency including potentially evenings and weekends. 14. May provide direct client services as needed. 15. Complete other duties as assigned. PLEASE NOTE: Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
