Program Manager
Job Description A large Financial Services client of ours is looking to hire a Program Manager. The program manager will provide direction and execution on projects associated with application/system development, enhancement, support and maintenance projects. You will be the point person responsible for aligning project resources (people and hardware), building project schedule, providing weekly updates, blocking/tackling for our scrum teams, keeping Portfolio Manager up to speed and assisting Portfolio Manager with portfolio-related activities (e.g. obtain project estimates, provide input into larger Portfolio Health status, prepare for system releases, etc.) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements -You'll drive complex, high priority projects or phases of larger programs using Agile methodology. -Provide clear and concise project and program communication and status to all levels of the organization -Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, mitigating risks/issues, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions in accordance with stated procedure -Utilize enterprise tools (e.g. Jira, Clarity, Confluence, etc.) to assist with managing projects -Experience with preparing and assisting with major system releases/implementations -PMP certification -Bachelors Degree -Any prior experience in financial services, specifically card payments industry null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
