Scope of Work:

DPS is seeking an individual with a strong background in manangeing multiple concurrent small- medium projects involving all aspects of the dostware development life cycle, with a particular focus on coordination between testing and training, and the documentation of business and system requirements.   This person will also be responsible for managing activities with interfacing organizations and systems .  This will be to support the rewrite of the Automated Title Processing system (ATPS Blue)

 

 

The Program Manager directs, controls, administers, and regulates an enhancement or development program.  The Program Manager is the individual ultimately responsible to the agency. The Program Manager’s primary responsibility is to drive the entire effort from start to finish. The Program Manager must ensure that the program is completed on schedule and that the final product meets the business, technical, and established quality requirements. The difference between a PM1, PM2, PM3, and PM4 will depend on the size of the project, and the breadth and scope of the project.

Years of Relevant Experience:

7 to 8 years

Preferred Education:

4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.

Role Description:

All roles specified in PM2 plus the following:

•Accountable for activities with excess delivery cycles of 8 to 12 months.

12.          Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Visio, Project and Powerpoint.

 

13.          Self- motivated, results driven, and commitment oriented. Builds strong working relationship with SME’s, Development, BA and QA teams.

 

14.          Interact with project stakeholders as needed to clarify project requirements.

 

15.          Knowledge of UML diagrams- business model diagram, process flow, flow charts etc. (should be familiar with MS Visio).

 

16.          Maintain project plan, issues log, action item log, meeting agenda, meeting minutes and other artifacts as required to do job.
