What’s Encouraged Daily:
It is expected that this position will lead people and multi-functional teams through influence and drive participation and involvement across the global procurement network with minimal direction. You will be responsible for driving the analytics, data and information gathering vital to achieve the strategic objectives. Program Manager will also organize and facilitates global forums, meetings and activities that drive engagement, alignment and change management across the Global Procurement team and partner organizations (IT, SMAI, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality). This position works closely with Global Procurement leaders to prepare executive reports and presentations on key programs.
Process Transformation/Improvement
Lead sophisticated, global and regional process transformation supporting Global Procurement.Guide cross-organizational teams to define, build and implement business process solutions that increase efficiencies, improve standardization, and optimize procurement services.Collaborate with business partners to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for applications of AI.Conduct data analysis and research to support GenAI/Co-pilot project development and implementation.Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that AI solutions meet business requirements and are adopted by end users.Provide Training/Coaching to GP Team Members on applications of GenAI and Co-pilotStay up to date with AI industry trends and emerging technologies and see opportunities for innovation and improvement.Leading through influence
Lead adoption with organizational change management methods and tools and capture project or program return of investment.Ability to encourage and persuade others to adopt the change required for a successful implementation of the project.Stakeholder Engagement
Develop positive relationships with team members to enable a competitive advantage, achieving program and project objectives and successful implementation.Actively engage with procurement leadership and multi-functional business clients to drive standard methodology adoption, optimized system utilization, and continuous process improvement outcomes.You are:
Well-versed in project and program management methodologies and frameworks.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, and experience working on AI projectsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience working with multi-functional teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the development and implementation of AI solutions (For e.g. Co-pilot Studio) is a plus.Experience in the Semiconductor industry of the company is a plus.How To Qualify:
2 to 4 years of engineering or project management experience, preferably in business application for procurement and supply chainOptimally completed at least 2 large-scale projects through the entire SDLC.Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systemsHands-on experience developing software in Python, R, Java, C++ or other programming languages.Experience with APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc. Knowledge of relational databases (primarily SQL Server/Snowflake).Strong DevOps focus and experience building and deploying infrastructure with cloud deployment technologies like Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced, innovative solution orientated environment.
