Program Manager
Overview A leader in cutting-edge research and technology in the cyber arena, CPMG focuses on using business drivers to guide cybersecurity activities and manage risk. CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services. Summary: The Program Manager will lead and oversee a federal contract focused on providing Cloud 25 cybersecurity expertise and support to the Army Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) and Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER). The Program Manager will ensure the successful delivery of cybersecurity services, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement to align with the Army's strategic objectives in cloud security. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Establishes goals and plans that meet project requirements. Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. Plans, initiates, and manages IT projects. Leads and guides the work of technical staff. Serves as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plans project stages and assesses business implications for each stage. Monitors progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. May supervise others. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Has domain and expert technical knowledge Working knowledge and experience managing technology, software, and IT infrastructure programs. Understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, , GCP, Oracle) and hybrid cloud environments. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or 579 business-related programs. Program Management Certification.
