Job Title: Program Manager

Job Description

The Program Manager (PM) works directly with sales to explore and grow new business opportunities within the existing customer base. The PM is responsible for the overall Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) process for the customers. Responsibilities include program updates inclusive of quality, cost, and delivery. The PM will work closely with Operations to ensure timely implementation of production schedules. Additionally, the PM will participate in continuous improvement activities with complete documentation, including a follow-up review with the team in a presentation format.
