Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to support a Navy program in Virginia Beach, VA. The Program Manager will support the U.S. Navy Yard requirements, including Ship Change Documentation Support (SCD), Ship Checks, Ship Installation Drawings (SIDs), Configuration Management, Logistics Support, Ship Availability Planning, and In-service Engineering Agent (ISEA) support. The PM will serve as
the primary point of contact (POC) for all contract matters, relating to contract administration, reporting, meetings, tasking efforts, subcontractor oversight, and customer communications. The PM will be responsible for
managing and controlling program costs, schedules, and project manning requirements.

Skills and Requirements
- 15 years' experience managing depot level U.S. Navy surface ship modernization and maintenance planning and estimating functions
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- Able to obtain a Secret Clearance - Management or Supervisory experience within Shipbuilding, Repair, and Conversion commands, Regional Maintenance Center, U.S. Navy Central Planning Activity, U.S. Navy Planning Yard Activity, Planning for Engineering and Repair Activity, and public or private shipyards
- Knowledge of NMP-MOM, Navy Ship Planning organization and processes; and a general knowledge of government contracting
- LCS and/or other Surface Combatant experience null
