**Description**
SAIC's Naval Business Unit provides Program Management support to the Combat Integration & Identification Systems (CI&IDS) Division which provides comprehensive project management, financial management, and administration and operations support services to the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF).
We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented **Program Manager** to manage and grow the CI&IDS Division Management Support program at Webster Field, St. Inigoes, Maryland supporting the prime customer. This position will serve to support the execution of the Navy Business Group mission as it aligns with SAIC's and the Customer's for Program Management initiatives.
This position will be located at St. Inigoes, MD with an Hybrid schedule.
**Responsibilities may Include but are not limited to:**
+ Regular interaction with the prime for continued review and development of personnel staffing to ensure all contract objectives are properly executed.
+ Developing and submitting weekly status reports to Leadership and monthly status reports to the Prime.
+ Maintaining prescribed financial controls and assuring the integrity of financial matters concerning subcontractor support.
+ Coordinating efforts with supporting organizations including contracts, procurement, project control, finance, and human resources related to the staffing/funding of the contract.
+ Regular interaction across all levels of management. Interactions may involve controversial situations, customer negotiations, or influencing and persuading leadership and managers that result in the best business solution.
+ Creating and maintaining a collaborative environment conducive to the professional growth and development of staff and the free flow of information throughout the entire organization.
+ Leads and guides the work of the project support staff.
**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; Masters degree desired.
+ 10+ years of relevant experience in the field or in a related area and at least three (3+) of the most recent five years of experience must have been directly supporting project management functions.
+ Demonstrated ability to initiate and plan projects and generate analytics tools, processes, deliverables, direct execution, and collaborate with customers and staff.
+ Ability to manage all aspects of a contract to include but not limited to: financial, reporting, personnel management, technical, planning, and subcontracting.
+ Executive level liaison with company leadership as well as customer leadership on regular basis.
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Navy ERP experience a plus.
+ Active Secret clearance is required.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
