Responsibilities
Provides guidance, support, and oversight for all service delivery.
Ensures services are delivered on time.
Responsible for maintaining a budget.
Responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Qualifications
Top Secret with SCI eligibility Security Clearance required.
Must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a preference for a major in Information Technology.
Must have 5+ years’ experience supervising large IT Service contracts.
Must have 9+ years’ experience in an IT related field.
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or Information Technology (IT).
Possesses Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Possesses Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) v3 or later certification.
