Job Duties:  

Direct and manage the complete lifecycle of a project including the planning, design, program, test, and implement of business solutions designed to meet requirements. Develop complete & thorough project plan and associated communication documents. Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Identify and mitigate risks to the project and communicate risks to stakeholders. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements, risks, and other program management office (PMO) methodology documentation. Prepare status updates, including QUAD charts to senior management. Facilitate status meetings with project stakeholders. Show ability to learn new tools and processes. Show flexibility in changing approach when needed. Experience with ERP / third-party systems program management with SDLC experience. Ensure the quality and integrity of project work products. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Lead change management. Motivate the team by explaining priorities and objectives. Adhere to and analyze project/program policies processes, standards, governance, and metrics.  Make recommendations for improving efficiency, product delivery and expense reduction in projects. Knowledge of Supply Chain processes typically related to the Retail industry in Planning.Manage Projects that include Kinaxis.   

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
