Program Manager

V2X is anticipating award on a new program and is hiring a Program Manager. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities The Program Manager is responsible for overall cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program within established contract baselines. The PM will have the ability to make contractual decisions and obligate his/her team within 60 minutes of a request by the Government. The PM shall be the primary point through which communications, work assignments, and technical direction flow between the Government and the Contractor. The COR or designated Government representative, shall be the Contractor’s first POC in the Government. Additional requirements are as follows: The PM is expected to establish and maintain effective customer relationships with the goal of maintaining a mutually beneficial business relationship with the Government. The PM shall possess highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills and demonstrate the ability to manage in a diverse and dynamic environment with short-notice taskings under high pressure situations. The PM shall be available within one hour during normal work hours to meet on-site with the COR or designated Government representative. After normal business hours, the PM shall be available within two hours, after notification, to meet on-site with the COR or designated Government representative. Qualifications Industry recognized certification in Program and/or Project Management or Facility Management. Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Structural), or another related field. 15 years’ experience managing all aspects of building operations; five years of which shall have been with a contract of similar size and scope. Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
