In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations. Required Experience: + Managing operational evaluation schedules, cost databases, and logistical requirements for organizational daily activities, evaluation planning, and execution; + Preparing and submitting products to leadership on risks, issues, and concerns; + Competent writing and oral communication skills; ensuring quality products and services are delivered; + Training and certification as a PMP or equivalent; and + At least twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience. Duties Include: + Assist in the development and submission of formal classified mission reports (DRRS, TMT, JTIMS, etc.); + Assist in the identification of mission risk pertaining to cost, schedule, and performance, including providing inputs to JCER future evaluation and expansion capabilities and options (Note: Shall require an OSD CAPE PPBE Waiver); + Organizes and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned JEMSO Evaluation projects; and + Ensure the dissemination of guidance based on the leadership strategy.
