Program Manager

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Digital Platforms team and lead delivery of key projects enabling our ecommerce and digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
The Program Manager oversees large, complex product development and commercialization initiatives, often comprised of multiple discrete programs and/or projects, ensuring they meet the scope, schedule, and cost objectives of the businessAs a member of the Digital Program Management Office (DPMO), the Program Manager will also share responsibility for developing, maintaining, and improving program and project management methods and toolsOversee the development and maintenance of business cases, program plans, integrated master schedules, resource plans, budgets, etc. as required to scope, plan, and execute product programsManage program implementation to ensure all goals are metServe as a resource to senior leadership in the planning and execution of assigned programs, including regular engagement with key business sponsorsMonitor program status and effectively communicate status to all stakeholders via project data repositories, status reports, project planning tools, presentations, etcAutonomously be able to establish schedules and manage to milestones, including project kickoffs, internal creative reviews and handoffs between internal and external partners.Anticipate and respond to shifts in priorities, tasks, resources and/or requirements on an on-going basisTake personal responsibility to complete high-quality projects on time and on budgetCommunicate quickly and effectively in individual conversations, meetings, and written communicationEscalate blockers and at-risk deliverables to appropriate forums in a timely manager to provide transparency and secure help with mitigating where needed.Comfortable when communicating with executive level (Directors, VPs) in presentations, working sessions, and 1-on-1 interactionsPracticed in negotiating with others in ways that result in win/win agreements and outcomesMust be open to coaching and guidanceExhibit good judgment skills on when to seek guidance and when to escalate risks and issues Total RewardsBenefits:

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with minimum of 10+ years of experience as a project manager and 5+ as program manager delivering digital solutions within the ecommerce spaceExperienced in multiple full lifecycle software deliveries from business development to final software acceptance2-5 years Agile delivery experience within e-commerce and/or cloud, and working knowledge of SAFe frameworkExpertise in common knowledge-worker tools (Microsoft Sharepoint/Teams/Office) and specialized project/program management software (MS Project, Atlassian Suite – JIRA/Confluence, etc.)Experience in a matrixed responsibility organization working with multiple Product Managers per effort, and off-shore team managementStrong experience facilitating the gathering and development of requirements for complex solutionsPossesses significant practical experience in the basics of project management (estimation, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication planning)Able to work both collaboratively and independently while maintaining a high level of productivityAble to work under tight timetables and high pressure situationsThrive in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle, shift gears, and maintain a sense of humor; deliver under extreme deadlines and intense business environmentPMP, CSP , SAFe certifications highly suggested
