Job Title: Program ManagerJob Description Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs. This role oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of projects and programs. The Program Manager prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and programs. The role may require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is essential. The Program Manager relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of tasks, and leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Essential Skills + SAP experience + MES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience + Production experience + Manufacturing experience + Ability to handle ambiguous situations + Specific report writing with tasks, measurables, and expected outcomes + Flexibility with shifts, primarily first shift with some overtime Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree + 4-7 years of experience in the field or a related area + Ability to meet tight deadlines + Experience working on the manufacturing floor and with the engineering team + Experience in a production environment Work Environment This role requires onsite work in a production environment, with flexibility to work between Redmond and Kirkland. The primary shift is first shift with some overtime. The role involves working in the aerospace sector.
