There may or may not be actual vacancies filled from this flyer. This position is with the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Army Research Laboratory (ARL). Responsibilities Manage daily execution of programs under the Talent Portfolio mission, ensuring alignment with DIU's strategic goals. Analyze data, compile facts and information, and provide programmatic advice to customers Develop tools to support oversight of cost, schedule, performance of multiple, diverse projects at the program level. Track project progress, regularly report on key metrics and milestones to stakeholders, and ensure transparency and alignment throughout the organization Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure effective resource allocation throughout the lifecycle of the program Develop and implement strategies with customers to identify and define complex/difficult problems Collaborate with key stakeholders, including academic institutions, venture communities, for effective program integration. Lead portfolio of programs under the Talent Portfolio mission, ensuring alignment with DIU’s strategic goals. This includes existing programs, pilots, and any future programmatic efforts. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) engaging and partnering with senior leaders of academic institutions and organizations; (2) identifying significant challenges, developing approaches to solve problems, and executing approaches to accomplish these goals; (3) communicating effectively (orally and in writing) with a wide variety of stakeholders, partners, and organizational levels both within and outside the organization (i.e. academia, business, DoD, other Federal Agencies, etc.); and (4) working with emerging national security needs and associated Science and Technology programs and interested partners and stakeholders This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (at least GS-13 equivalent). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Additional Information Direct Deposit of Pay is required.
