Program Manager
Program Manager Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Diversity and Civil Rights (ODCR). Job Description Summary:  + D&G is seeking a Program Manager to support the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Diversity and Civil Rights (ODCR). ODCR is responsible for providing equal opportunity in employment for all persons and safeguarding the civil liberties of all external stakeholders. The Program Manager will provide support duties relating to the suite of the EEO statute to include EEO complaints and investigations, civil liberties, anti-harassment, disability, and reasonable accommodations programs. They will support the program mission to promote alternative dispute resolution program; create and conduct agency-wide training; and draft and update equal employment policies and procedures. Roles & Responsibilities:   + Oversee daily operations of all contract employees, including coordinating work schedules, time, and attendance, assigning workload and tasks, ensuring timely completion of assignments, tracking assignment, and ensuring quality assurance by preparing timeliness and productivity metrics and reports. + Provide project and program management services as needed, will ‘share’ the workload which could include, but is not limited to drafting/writing and/or reviewing and revising process documents, briefs, reports, and assessments, providing recommendations to increase efficiency, accuracy, and standardization of ODCR services, and conducting regular meetings with contract staff to provide guidance and track progress. + Serve as the primary point of contact for the COR regarding daily operations, schedules, and performance; serve as the primary point of contact for the CO regarding contract administration matters. Requirements:   + Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree with (10) years relevant experience + Five (5) years relevant experience to include: + Three (3) years of Supervisory experience in a government office (federal, state, or local government). + Five (5) years of Equal Employment program management experience, including the ability to apply specific EEO processes in solving complex problems and effectively communicating with personnel at all levels of the organization and stakeholders.  Eligibility Requirements:   + This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))   Desired Skills:   + Advanced understanding of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Experience working in the Federal Government with experience in the Department of Homeland Security desired. + Experience managing data analysts to produce dashboards and visualizations  Location:    + Remote with occasional trips to 500 12th Street SW, Washington, DC Who We Are:   D&G is one of the fastest growing companies in the Washington-DC area and honored to be named one of the “Best Places to Work” in the nation.
