About the Role:
As a Program Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our event planning and execution process. You’ll take charge of everything from the initial development and planning stages to the final billing and operational execution of various meetings, conferences, and conventions. Your role will involve juggling multiple programs at once, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets the expectations of our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing people together, this could be the perfect fit for you!
You're Good At:
- Event Planning & Execution: You have a knack for organizing events from start to finish, ensuring every detail is covered.
- Client Communication: You excel at being the main point of contact for clients, providing them with guidance and support throughout the planning process.
- Budget Management: You’re skilled at creating and managing budgets, keeping clients informed every step of the way.
- Problem Solving: You can think on your feet and handle unexpected challenges with ease.
- Technology Savvy: You’re comfortable using meeting management technology and can build websites for events with moderate complexity.
You Might Also Have:
- Experience with Cvent: Familiarity with this event management software is a plus.
- CMP Certification: If you have a Certified Meeting Professional designation, that’s a great bonus!
- Vendor Management Skills: You’ve successfully managed relationships with outside vendors and negotiated contracts.
- A Bachelor’s Degree: While it’s strongly preferred, we value experience just as much.
- A Passion for Events: If you love planning and executing events that leave a lasting impression, you’ll fit right in!

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Program Manager is between $55,000 - $75,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
