The Program Manager (PM) is a critical leadership position that is responsible for the execution of all aspects of the contract. The PM is the primary point of contact with the Government for Contract scope and the employment of staff in the execution of all Statement of Work (SOW) responsibilities. Additionally, the PM serves in a dual role as the KBR corporate leader managing resources, coordinating with support and operations staff and performing all actions necessary to successfully execute the contract on schedule, within budget and meeting or exceeding all technical targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Process: Assist leaders in developing long-term strategic plans for growth and implementing processes and operating systems that create strategic differentiators.
Framework: Provides guidance based on the Project Management framework on contract projects
Supervise: Direct and supervise staff resources for the performance of project assignments and activities to execute all aspects of the Statement of Work (SOW)
Deliverables: Responsible for creation, coordination and delivery of all Contract Deliverables (CDRLs)
Data: Establishes and or maintains a data repository for project records & lessons learned
Requirements: Guide activities across multiple teams in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines
Scope: Define project scope and objectives
Timeline: Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
Guidance: Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
Administration: Provide management services including general administrative oversight, time accounting. financial tracking, cost projection, inventory management, personnel evaluation and support
Documentation: Prepare and approve Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols and other technical documentation
Manage: Able to supervise, manage, support and evaluate personnel
Staffing: Invests time in teaching less experienced staff
Service: This is a Key Personnel (KP) position and requires US Government approval of qualifications and a commitment to NLT one-year full-time service.

Qualifications:
Required:
Security Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics required
Management: Minimum of six years of experience in Program Management, and at least four years in system engineering
Subcontract: Experience must be associated with programs of similar size and scope and complexity as well as subcontract management experience
IC: Relevant experience working with Intelligence Community Organizations.
Certification: The Government desires the PM to have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable certification
Desired:
Advanced degree or certification in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics are desired
