Program Manager – JD : Roles and Responsibility.

Responsible as a single point of contact for any escalations across the nation. Ensure committed delivery on the Project rollout front. Ensure committed delivery on the network uptime front. Ensure that the project timelines are met in smooth fashion. Ensure compliance of the Contract and SLA’s. Ensure invoices are raised as per timelines and payment consolidations. Single point of contract for any information sought by the bank. Managing /supervising timely resolution of escalation / tickets  Via Circle level project managers and Bidders NOC Required to attend Project office on all working days of the bank and also on other days during exigencies.
