Program Manager
Job Description An employer is looking for a Program Manager for one of our top Energy Services companies in the Nation. This Program Manager is responsible for leading a portfolio of capital technology projects supporting Distribution, Transmission, Gas, Energy Supply, Nuclear and Commercial Operations business units. You will be responsible to oversee and manage multiple delivery project teams, supporting on schedule and on budget delivery to approved scope. As well as defining controls to effectively manage portfolio activities and delivery expectations. You will be responsible writing status reports for the portfolio that go directly to the CEO. Skills and Requirements - Previous experience managing large software delivery portfolios - Minimum 10 years of project management experience with large and complex projects, with management of projects up to $10M budget or greater. - Proven experience leading large scale software implementations. - Proven experience leading multiple workstreams for requirements specification, design activities, implementation/coding/configuration, testing and final deployment followed by stabilization. - Proven vendor management experience including RFP process, SOW creation, financial control, and aggressively driving vendors to meet date and budget commitments. - Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation. - Ability to communicate at all levels within a matrix environment as well as managing internal relationships - Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
