**Our Opportunity:** Chewy is looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Program Manager for Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR)** to join our dynamic team in Plantation, FL. In this role, you'll lead efforts to implement, enhance, and manage a world-class CPFR program. The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail or eCommerce supply chain, is process-focused, and excels at collaborating across internal teams and external vendors. If you’re excited to make a big impact and have the passion and aim to succeed, we want to hear from you! **What You'll Do:** + Partner with Analytics, Systems, S&OP, Merchant teams along with vendors to build out the Chewy CPFR program to drive inventory & operational efficiencies thereby reducing fulfillment costs. + Establish operational guidelines and measure critical metrics against the program guidelines. + Drive program expansion and implementation, coordinating with internal partners and directly engaging with external vendor partners. + Drive continuous improvement opportunities through systems and process documentation and enhancements for optimal efficiency and project management. + Create and maintain best practices playbook for metrics improvements. **What You'll Need:** + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Management or related field! + 3+ years of experience in supply chain preferably in supply/inventory planning or operations. + 3+ years of experience in vendor facing planning roles, preferably with CPFR experience. + Facilitation experience at all levels of the organization; must be comfortable addressing both large and small audiences. + Ability to think and perform strategically and tactically. + Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vlookup, Macros, Data Manipulation, Formulas etc.) + Previous experience with SQL and Tableau. + Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills. + Position may require travel. **Bonus:** + E-commerce background is a plus. + MBA preferred.
