Program Manager

Description

Seeking a resource to oversee a program of system implementations for a new manufacturing facility. This will involve the management and oversight of several different organizations responsible for different tasks and optimizing and streamlining those organizations communication and deliverables.

§   Ongoing program tracking (RAID, Charter, Weekly Status Reporting at multiple levels)

§   Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and progress reports. Ensure all documents are up-to-date and accessible to stakeholders. Help to maintain our central repository for all documentation

§    Identify potential risks, assess their impact and develop mitigation strategies. Regularly update the risk management plan and communicate/ escalate risks to stakeholders.

o    Quality Assurance:

§   Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with all applicable GxP policies and procedures where applicable.

§   Ensure acceptance criteria is developed and adhered to for sign-off.

o    Develop a program change management plan

§   Change request tracking and reporting

Additional Skills & Qualifications

•\tBachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent combination of experience & education required

•\tAdvanced Project Management competencies obtained through relevant PM training or experience required (CAPM, PMP, ScrumMaster)

•\tMinimum five (5) years of proven project / portfolio management skills with major capital projects preferred

•\tKnowledgeable in core work processes & GMP concepts preferred

•\tUnderstanding of complicated product documentation & standard operating procedures with attention to high-level concepts preferred

•\tDemonstrates superior written & oral communication skills

•\tProficiency at problem solving, negotiation, conflict management, & interpersonal skills preferred

•\tDemonstrates leadership skills; can act as project lead & lead cross functional project teams in the development & implementation of projects preferred

•\tExperience with software or systems implementation a bonus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00
