Job Description PAY RANGE IS 70-80/HR. *Can be flexible* DAY TO DAY: A client of Insight Global is seeking two seasoned, hands-on Program Managers to lead two separate high-profile strategic business initiatives. They will need gather project requirements, identify stakeholders, build & manage detailed project plans (including comms and change management), build & manage the RACI, build & manage the RAID log, build & manage the weekly status meetings and bi-weekly stakeholder meetings, and confirm deliverables are quality, milestones are met, scope and budget are managed closely, among the traditional PMP methodologies. Both initiatives are cross-functional and require someone with superior organization, strong business acumen, analytical, strategic thinker, and process-oriented. Significant experience in both waterfall and agile, preferably from a management consulting background, would be ideal.
