Job Description About the Position: Insight Global is looking to hire a Program Manager with a strong background in the fleet world. The successful candidate will be joining the strategic fleet and equipment retail team to help manage multiple different projects and teams and push them over the finish line. Projects include but are not limited to, integrating fleet and asset management systems, EV projects, support future rollouts and working with fleet management companies to integrate systems and manage outside vendor relationships. The individual will act as more of a program manager, overseeing multiple different teams and projects vs acting as an individual PM working on 1 project. The opportunity presents a 12 month contract with the opportunity to be converted to a full time employee after. What will you do:  Lead the Project Management the RFP and Design of the Enterprise Asset Management System aligned to Fleetview/Fleetwave and Ariba Platform  Support the Management of the West Region EV Project for asset procurement, charging infrastructure and tax subsidies  Support the rollout of the enhancements for the MAP Program: o Developing process with Wheels to ingest non-MAP Invoices completed in TAP/Card through E-mail o MAP Campaign targeted to Branches not using the program Data Analytics, Training and Vendor Communications  Rollout of Favored Reimbursement Program analysis and potential deployment for segment of Fleet  Lead the Bulk Fuel Card Pilots Starting in Bakersfield and Upper Sandusky o Any future rollouts  Lead the SSO Sustainment  Support in the overall project Management of Wheels Relationship  Lead the PMO for the FPO Department  Lead the addition of Branch level permissions in FleetView manual process to add 2400 users We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
