Program Manager
Job Description Project Management: Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with CDOT, IDOT, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful execution. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with CDOT and IDOT regulations, standards, and guidelines. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures where possible. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of construction are met. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Skills and Requirements Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction program management, with significant experience working on CDOT and IDOT projects. Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred. Certifications: PMP, CCM, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
