The Northern New Jersey Medication-Assisted Treatment Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic, administrative, and managerial oversight for its programs and projects.
The COE is an education and training initiative funded by the New Jersey Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services, dedicated to expanding access to evidence-based opioid use disorder (OUD) treatment for Medicaid enrollees through education, support, and training initiatives. The Program Manager will lead the education services team, which comprises clinical professionals, and oversee the financial, operational, and administrative management of the COE and other sponsored projects.
Among the key duties of the position are the following: Direct and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of COE programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and funding requirements. Lead a multidisciplinary team of clinical educators and professionals to deliver high-quality education and training services and administrative functions of COE and other like programs. Maintain a focus on increasing access to evidence-based SUD treatment and improving health outcomes for Medicaid enrollees. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring proper allocation of funds and adherence to funding guidelines. Oversee financial reporting and compliance with grant and contractual obligations. Coordinate administrative operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation. Ensure timely submission of reports to stakeholders, including funders and institutional partners. Position Status Full Time Hours Per Week Daily Work Shift Day Work Arrangement Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22 or the applicable provisions of relevant collective negotiations agreements, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.
