Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for the daily operations and oversight of Briteside Adult Day Care. This includes marketing, program development, implementation and evaluation. In collaboration with the Director of Ambulatory Nursing Services to develop and implement a strategic plan for long-term growth and financial sustainabilityPrimary Position Responsibilities
Responsible for direct patient care as appropriate for social day care and completes appropriate documentation Supervises all Briteside staff including but not limited to the Program nurse, Activities Coordinator and Program Aides. Manages patient inquiries, welcome visits and determines eligibility accurately and timely as defined by funding sources. Maintains all attendance/tracking and billing timely Staffing ratios are maintained and staffing completed timely Participates in Community events and partnership committees Assists the Director with the following: Site visits; Strategic planning; Growth and Program Development; Expense efficiencies. Coaches and mentors staff by demonstrating strong leadership skills and had a comfortable demeanor in the leadership/management role.Qualifications
Minimum Education: Required: Associates Degree in Related Field. Preferred: BSNMinimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: Minimum of 1 year leadership/management experience. Preferred: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working with the elderly.
License, Registry or Certification: Required: Preferred: Current nursing license issued by the State of New Jersey
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: None Preferred: Marketing experience preferred
