Program Manager
Overview *** This position is contingent upon contract award *** SOSi is currently seeking a Program Manager (PM) to provide oversight and management of all contractor personnel, logistics, support, and other program management responsibilities for a large intelligence services program currently focused on the USCENTCOM AOR with CONUS reachback. The PM shall be the contractor’s interface to the PCO and their designated representative (COR/ACOR/TTM) and shall be available when necessary during all duty hours and have the authority to meet with the PCO or COR/ACOR/TTM to discuss and resolve contract matters. Essential Job Duties Maintain 100% accountability and awareness of all personnel at all times when contractor personnel are deployed including an accurate listing of all Regional Managers (RM) and Program Management Support Personnel with contact information and provide it to the COR/TTM as changes occur. Interface directly with supported elements when required. Track all GFE in an electronic database and maintain a valid hand receipt from the designated Government site-lead or property book owner. Provide various reports (including but not limited to): Monthly Status Report, Mobilization Plan Background Check Plan, Arming Authority Plan, Misconduct Report, etc. Develop a management plan describing how all the required deliverables will be provided and outline how the continuation of services will be performed during crisis situations or unexpected conditions. Responsible for all reports and updates, and any other reporting requested by the COR and their designated Representative. Provide notes and minutes to all meetings with the Government and submit them to the COR within 5 business days of the meeting. Provide recommendations and comments for assessing and reporting intelligence related requirements. Assist with implementation of intelligence support program. Minimum Requirements Active in scope TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related business field. At least eight (8) years’ experience working in the Government environment, as either a Government or contractor employee, leading large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects and multi-disciplined teams. At least two (2) years’ experience in Afghanistan or Iraq or equivalent deployment experience. Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certified Program Manager, Lvl III; OR Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) P/PM Lvl III; OR Project Management Institute (PMI)-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in business administration or other related business field. Experience in either Afghanistan/SWA regional/political/military issues. Former US Army Command or equivalent. Work Environment Living and working conditions while TDY or deployed could be remote and uncomfortable, with long hours, exposure to weather, adverse conditions, and relocation on short notice.
