Program Manager

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for a Program Manager to support our government customer located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

 

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shall be responsible for contractor onboarding and facilitating organization access (i.e., CAC cards, computer system access, network access, etc.) Shall be responsible for concept and implementation of project management, logistics, and facility management. Shall direct the operation to ensure facilities are inspected, maintained, repaired and in compliance with facilities maintenance management. Shall identify safety concerns to COR and other required stakeholders. Shall provide a monthly report to the COR to include the status of Excess and Receiving Warehouses, the Facilities Management service orders submitted and completed of all supported buildings, the work requests submitted and completed by the General Maintenance Workers and the status of the Equipment Management Department to include Calibrations, Mobile Maintenance, Material Handling Equipment Program and the Property Book and Supply Program. Shall provide a monthly report to all Directors to include the status of Facilities, Warehouses and Equipment Management as applicable. Shall make sure that all administrative functions relative to contractor performance are accomplished on time and in the required format. Selection and supervision of contract personnel. Shall administer contractor standards of conduct and ensure that contractor perform to contract standards. Shall insure that contractor personnel training occurs, and cross training is provided. Shall be responsible for safety of contractor personnel and both contractor and Government owned equipment Shall ensure proper security clearances are obtained for all contractor personnel as required. Shall coordinate the efforts of all contractor personnel to meet assigned goals. Shall be responsible for adjusting operations and personnel to meet assigned goals. Shall maintain records for accountability and to an audit standard. Shall support excellence in customer service and deliver excellent customer service both to internal and external customer while having the ability to work collaboratively to build professional working relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and customers. Shall identify safety concerns to Supervisor and other required stakeholders. (DOD, ARMY, OSHA, ANSI, other industry identified) Shall assist in maintaining accurate files and provide documentation to Government Lead when requested. Shall provide and assist with required monthly data to Supervisor for a monthly report/tracking matrix of all related matters. Shall make sure that all administrative functions/paperwork is in order relative to receipt documentation, work orders, or internal paperwork are accomplished on time and in the required format. Shall be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe worksite while performing or conducting job duties and be attentive to detail. Shall support the mission, vision, values, and goals of the US ARMY.

 REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

Must have Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Must possess an (active) IFMA Certified Facility Manager (CFM) Certification, or possess an (active) PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Must have an (active) CLASS C Driver’s License.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of (10) Years of Program Management Experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Primarily Stationary; The work environment occurs primarily in office settings, labs, and outdoor emergency response, building monitoring and inspections. Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 20 lbs. May need to walk job sites and oversee inspections.

Must be a U.S. Citizen Must be able to pass a NAC background check
