Key Responsibilities:The Program Manager- Warranty plays a vital role in supporting the efforts to improve supplier performance and enhance recovery through business impact remedy and warranty claims. This position assists in tracking and analyzing claims data, providing insights to support negotiations and recovery efforts. The Program Manager works closely with the Manager - Supplier Accountability, gathering information, preparing reports, and supporting interactions with both internal leadership and suppliers. This role is key in ensuring the efficient execution of claims leading to improved supplier performance and positive financial outcomes for United Airlines.
