We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead and deliver a $30 million multi-year site-wide capital investment refurbishment program in Huntsville, Alabama. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the refurbishment program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Budget Management:
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all refurbishment activities meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and codes.
Team Coordination:
Coordinate a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Reporting:
Provide weekly updates and reports to senior management on project progress, budget status, and any issues or risks.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in construction or refurbishment projects.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.Personal Attributes:
