We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee’s knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients. **Responsibilities** + Perform recruiting and hiring for staff positions on supported contracts. + Primary point of contact for technical and staffing communications with customer. + Track staff onboarding, training, maintenance of technical and educational certifications, obtaining clearances, timekeeping, and attendance. + Provide corporate management for staff, corrective actions as needed, 90 day and annual reviews, and development of training plans. + Make recommendations on administrative or operational matters affecting more than one segment or functional activity of the program to the government program manager. + Support program budgets, develop technical and organizational support, support staffing requirements, monitor and report on technical and operational performance, and monitor budget/invoicing status. + Perform program conflict resolution. + Develop program specific risk management plans and analysis. + Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to a broad range of tasks to meet program requirements and to ensure continuous operational availability of mission planning. + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree. + Minimum five (5) years relevant experience + Minimum two (2) years specific experience as a project/program manager, human resources, staffing or organizational development. + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred or obtained. **Teleworking Permitted?** Yes Chenega Corporation and family of companies is an EOE.
