Description Robert Half is seeking a Program Manager for an enterprise Healthcare organization. In this role, you will work on a critical project team focused on acquisition and integration of entities into the organization. This role requires exceptional business acumen to work with multiple departments (i.e. Finance, Legal, Credentialing, Technology, etc.) to ensure they are meeting deadlines for their part in the acquisition integration/onboarding. As a highly visible department to the executive stakeholders of the organization, you must have great communication, diplomacy, and ability to see long term strategy and identify and mitigate risk (RAID experience). Experience in negotiating Statement of Work scope, work effort and deliverables. Attention to detail working heavily with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, providing documentation, and analysis. Demonstrate an extensive knowledge and understanding of project and program management principles, methods, techniques, and SDLC. Expertise in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Requirements Must have 8+ years of experience in Program Management with an emphasis in acquisition integration experience. This role requires advanced level of experience working with Microsoft Project and an Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is Required, no exceptions. Experience with tools such as MS Project, Visio, OneNote, Advanced Excel, Workfront, Google Drive. Healthcare experience highly preferred. No Third Parties.
