About the Role
This Isuzu co program manager will have responsibility to support product execution of Telematics projects; supported through frequent interactions with regional and remote engineering resources. The main focus is also to coordinate tasks between CAM RoJ Team members as well as between global development teams & drive the Isuzu Programs according to the established processes in our BMS.
This position has to ensure, that the JOEM processes and Lessons Learned will be introduced and established in the JOEM programs handled.

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent disciplineAt least 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Program Execution & EngineeringProven project management experienceAbility to manage multifunctional teams in worldwide locationsStrong customer focus requiredKnowledge on SW/HW architectures and Mobile Wireless Technology (DSPs, ARM, Memories, Multicore processing, WiFi, 5G, 4G/LTE, 3G, CDMA, 2G, Bluetooth).Working knowledge of Telematics technologiesFluent in English/Japanese (Read, Write and Speaking) to communicate with customers.Fundamental knowledge in terms of methodologies in project managementAbility to mediate between conflict partiesWhat is Nice to Have

Willingness to work in our offices in Japan (Tokyo)Willingness to travel 50% of the time both domestic (Kanagawa) and international (Thailand, IMTC, Harman development locations)This position requires the use of a HARMAN or customer-owned vehicle.
