Job DescriptionAs the Program Manager, you will play a critical role in executing and operationalizing high impact strategic initiatives, driving the planning and coordination of daily activities with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. Oversee multiple high-priority, cross functional innovation projects across Client Operations, Data Office, Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales and Marketing teamsRequired to lead projects with some client-facing responsibilitiesManagerial responsibilities related to the program management roleManage the program-level execution of work with multiple delivery teams working across organizational boundaries to define roadmaps and program interdependenciesChampion and manage new initiatives to completion to improve and streamline operational processes and maximize system resourcesResolve complex problems that have implications beyond your own areaWork proficiently at both the strategic aspects of a projectLead Jr. Program Managers, if needed to drive program deadlines and deliver products to marketPerform business process redesign, change management, current state assessments and future state roadmaps.Move fluidly from the big picture to details and enable the engineering teams to deliver complex and strategic cross-functional phases, often.Resolve communication challenges and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels.QualificationsWhat your background looks like
Eight years of Program Management experienceBachelor's degree is required, MBA or MISExperience with executive status reporting and facilitating steering committee meetings is requiredBig Four Consulting experienceExperience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and teamsExperience in large-scale technology modernization, and managing platforms in the CloudUnderstanding of integrations, API's, transactional systems, architectureUnderstand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives.Understanding of legacy applications and mainframe modernizationExperience with financial services and credit industryBenefits:
