Summary About the Position: Serves as the Chicago District's Programs Management expert, responsible for functions in multi-missioned fields for water resource development across multiple states and is delegated full responsibility for the program development and coordination. Responsibilities Responsible for the overall development, formulation, presentation and execution of current and long-range Civil Works programs, including the development of future investment priorities. Prepare the District's Civil Works program for presentation and defense at the Division Office, HQUSACE, OASA (CW), OMB, and Congress. Analysis program funds, work and work schedules, capital plant, existing manpower and organizational configurations, and contracting levels to evaluate the workload required by the program.
