Experience the power of a game-changing career. \#LI-Remote **Qualifications:** + 7+ years of experience in program management, release management, or similar roles, with at least 2 years in team management. + In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. + Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver results in fast-paced environments. + Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Experience with release management tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. + Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. **Skills:** + **Release Management:** Expertise in overseeing and coordinating software and product releases across multiple projects, ensuring smooth and timely delivery. + **Program Management:** Strong background in managing complex programs, defining scope, setting goals, tracking progress, and managing cross-functional teams. + **Leadership & Team Management:** Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within release management functions. + **Stakeholder Management:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with engineering, product management, QA, operations, and other key stakeholders. + **Process Improvement:** Experience in analyzing and refining processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce release cycle times, and increase reliability. + **Risk Management:** Ability to identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies during the release lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes. + **Change Management:** Knowledge of change management principles and experience ensuring all releases comply with standards while minimizing disruption to operations. + **Agile & SDLC Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. + **Automation & CI/CD:** Familiarity with automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and best practices to streamline the release process and ensure smooth transitions from development to production. + **Release Management Tools:** Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms to manage releases, track progress, and ensure effective collaboration. + **Metrics & Reporting:** Ability to develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to track the performance of the release management process and communicate updates to leadership. + **Problem Solving & Decision Making:** Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to resolve challenges and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced environment. + **Strategic Thinking:** Ability to think strategically, prioritize objectives, and align release management activities with broader business goals. The base salary range for this position is $137,186 -$164,623 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
