Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join their Central Technology Function, to support our Field Services business vertical. This critical role will provide operational and delivery oversight for ongoing projects while developing and supporting future initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills to ensure successful service delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
The primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities are:
- Operational Oversight
Manage and oversee day-to-day technical operations within the Field Services vertical.
Ensure operational issues are promptly identified, prioritized, and resolved to maintain service levels.
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Delivery Management
Lead delivery efforts for projects and programs aligned with Field Services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
Address risks, dependencies, and challenges proactively, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary liaison between the Field Services business unit ,associated Product & Engineering teams and the Central Technology Function.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment of technology solutions.
Facilitate regular communication and reporting to stakeholders on project and operational status.
- Strategic Initiatives
Identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Support the development of future projects and programs by providing technical and business insights.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies relevant to Field Services and propose their adoption as appropriate.

Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience in Operations management or Service delivery roles, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong technical background with a proven track record of supporting applications hosted on both cloud and on-premises platforms.
Deep understanding of Azure cloud and traditional on-premises systems, including their operational challenges and best practices.
Experience with hybrid environments and transitioning applications between platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated business acumen, with the ability to align technology initiatives to business goals.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. - Experience in Field Services or a similar business vertical.
- Experience in payment processing
- Experience in fitness and wellbeing
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or IT service management certifications (e.g., ITIL).
