**The Worlds Largest Search Engine is Seeking a Program Manager in Mountainview!** **Duration: 6 months** **Pay Rate: $73.31–$97.37/hour** **Work Location: Mountainview-Hybrid** _(Example: Hybrid work schedule, Tuesday–Thursday in the office, Monday & Friday remote)_ **Work Schedule: Normal PST business hours, Monday–Friday** **Project Overview:** The Education team builds products to help people learn anything in the world. This includes enhancing learning for school, work, and life. This project focuses on programs and processes that enable testing and validation of education features before launching to general availability, along with efforts to drive awareness and adoption once features are launched. **Overall Responsibilities:** + Oversee the pipeline of schools/districts for the Education pilot program. + Support the planning and execution of feature pilots and go-to-market (GTM) coordination for general availability (GA) launches. + Manage ongoing internal processes to drive alignment with cross-functional GTM teams. **Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:** 1. **Triage inbound interest:** Vet applicants for the Education pilot program and send relevant communications and onboarding materials. 2. **Manage pilots and GTM coordination:** Plan and oversee feature pilots, including recruitment, onboarding, maintenance, and wind-down, as well as GTM activities like Help Center content and marketing coordination. 3. **Support internal processes:** Provide monthly launch updates and biannual newsletters to align cross-functional go-to-market efforts. **Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:** + **Project Management:** End-to-end project management experience, including communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively (5+ years). + **Leadership & Communication:** Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. + **Problem-Solving Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + **Google Workspace Fluency:** Proficient with Docs, Sheets, and Slides. **Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:** + Experience as a K12 educator. **Pay Details:** $73.31 to $97.37 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
