The **Program Manager** is an **Individual Contributor** with **cross-function internal interaction** . This is an **onsite** opportunity in **Syracuse NY** . In this role traveling of ~ 20% in North America, China, and Europe will be required. The **Program Manager** is responsible for building and leading large and smaller-scale multi-functional program product development teams on several simultaneous new development projects. This includes ongoing program communication and coordination, developing and defining baseline key performance metrics, defining investments, and schedules, executing the defined plan and meeting key targets, spearheading key program updates and tollgate reviews with all levels of leadership, and fostering a team atmosphere that engages and drives accountability to achieve favorable results as a team.
